Dr Nicolette Hallin is a consultant occupational physician and Fellow of the Royal Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. She obtained undergraduate qualifications in psychology prior to commencing her studies in medicine.
Dr Hallin's experience includes primary management of work related injuries, injury management consultation, fitness for duty assessments and preemployment and health surveillance medicals. She is a SIRA accredited injury management consultant, an accredited medical review officer and Authorised Health Professional for the assessment of rail safety workers. Dr Hallin has extensive experience managing complex workers compensation claims in the healthcare, transport, manufacturing and hospitality industries.
Dr Hallin has a special interest in the management of complex psychological injuries in frontline emergency services workers. As an injury management consultant she frequently liaises with multiple stakeholders to support injured workers in their recovery.
